In the current climate of uncertainty surrounding travel, Almaria – Buildings with History would like to once again thank you for the confidence and preference by choosing Almaria for your stay here in Lisbon, Portugal.

Almaria – Buildings with History has been closely monitoring the global situation and has actively taken all the steps in order to mitigate the impact and spread of Covid-19, working with the local health authorities while strictly adhering to the advice of both, the (WHO) World Health Organization and the, Portuguese Ministry of Health.

 

Therefore Almaria – Buildings with History has decided to temporarily close down its three buildings - Edifício - Ex Libris; Edifício - Da Corte; Edifício - Officina Real - up to the 1st of June 2020 in the attempt to positively contribute to stop the spread of the outbreak Covid-19.

We value the trust and loyalty invested at Almaria – Buildings with History by all our guests and we are working together to answer any queries regarding upcoming stays.

 

At Almaria – Buildings with History we are passionate travellers ourselves and we are committed to welcome all our guests from the 1st of June onwards where you can expect to receive the same excellent service and attention to detail that our guests have come to expect from Almaria – Buildings with History.

For this worrisome moment  that we are now facing, Almaria – Buildings with History will operate with flexibility and Support to all our guest, accepting to postpone free of charge all reservations booked for the period of stay: 18/03/2020 until the 31st of May 2020, allowing all our guests to change the dates, for arrival, starting on the 1st of June 2020 until the 31st May 2021 subject to availability.

This decision is taken in line with the measures and restrictions imposed by the authorities, which we accept and understand, but also by the sense of responsibility, awareness of society and protection of public health.

 

Almaria hygiene and safety standards have always been extremely high and we are strictly following all preventive measures to ensure everyone's well-being is secured by providing all the necessary tools where our Housekeeping  Department in addition to the regular cleaning of our apartments, have already implemented a firm specific cleaning as well as certified disinfecting procedures in all our apartments and in the common areas belonging to Almaria Buildings - Our first priority is that our guests and team be safe and secure.

 

We would also take this opportunity to ensure you that Almaria – Buildings with History, will continue to closely monitoring the global situation that has forced us to temporarily cease our units, in an effort of reopening as soon as will be reinsured our guests safety.
