Reception hours are limited—between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

It’s important to notify the building in advance of your arrival time by email at [email protected] or WhatsApp +351 912 848 555.
If you arrive after 6:00 p.m., don’t worry!
Although reception is already closed, you can contact our concierge to arrange your check-in.

Late check-out:
Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM.
If you need more time, you can extend your check-out until 2:00 PM at no additional cost. Just check availability with our concierge.

Check-out from 2:00 pm onwards – costs the equivalent of 1 night’s/day’s accommodation.

The Lisbon Municipal Tourist Tax is €4 per person, per night, and applies to all guests over 13 years of age, staying for up to 7 consecutive nights.
Payment of this amount will be requested at check-in and is not included in the reservation amount.

Common and important rules in Almaria:
At Almaria, we respect the feeling of comfort, security and tranquility that we provide to our guests, for the following reasons:
We ask for silence between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am;
Smoking is not permitted in apartments or public spaces. Penalties may apply.
We do not allow people under the age of 18 to stay alone in our Accommodation;
It is not permitted for guests to take items out of the Accommodation for personal use (bath/kitchen towels, glasses, cutlery, etc.);
We do not have parking in any of the Almaria Buildings;
Occupied apartments are cleaned daily until 5:00 pm;
If the number of guests exceeds that indicated in the reservation, additional costs may apply, varying according to age (child or adult).

Please note that we do not accept bachelor/bachelorette parties that may affect our guests’ feelings.
If this is the purpose of your group, please do not book accommodations at Almaria, as this will not be permitted.
